The King granted Khmer citizenship to Davis Benjamin Joseph’s family, who protect and conserve Cambodia's natural resources.

His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni on January 26, 2022, issued a Royal Decree granting Cambodian nationality a family cluster to the family of Davis Benjamin Joseph with four members. 

The four include Davis Benjamin Joseph, 56 [he was born in 1966]; his wife:  Lwin Sharyn Patricia, 49 [she was born in 19 73]; her two daughters: Davis Amelie Charis, 18 [ she was born in 2004]; and  Davis Jarrah Camilie, 13, [she was bone in 2009].

Davis Benjamin Joseph is currently living with his family and has dedicated his life and energy to the cause of protecting and conserving forest and wildlife resources in the Phnom Tnaot-Phnom Pork Wildlife Sanctuary in Preah Vihear Province. 

In the past, Davis Benjamin Joseph has received support from the Ministry of Environment and many other Cambodian people in the care and protection of natural resources at the Phnom Tnaot Phnom -Pork Wildlife Sanctuary in Preah Vihear Province. 

The Ministry of Environment, through Mr. Say Sam Al, Minister of the Environment, acknowledges the efforts and encouragement of Davis Benjamin Joseph and his whole family to join the Royal Government of Cambodia in conserving natural resources in the Phnom Tnaot-Phnom Pok Wildlife Sanctuary. 

In January 2019, the President of the Cambodian Red Cross, Samdech Kittipritthbandit Bun Rany Hun Sen, handed over a car and two motorcycles to Davis Benjamin Joseph for his hard and humanitarian works. 

Phnom Tnaot- Phnom- Pork Wildlife Sanctuary is located in Preah Vihear and Siem Reap provinces with a total area of 42,097 hectares. 

Davis Benjamin Joseph, an American, has received permission from the Ministry of Environment to manage and conserve more than 7,000 hectares of potential natural resources and biodiversity. 

The Natural Resources and Wildlife Conservation Area in Phnom Tnaot-Phnom- Pork Wildlife Sanctuary has been co-sponsored by the Ministry of Environment for the Be Treed project of Bended, an American, and turned into a natural tourist destination.

Davis Benjamin Joseph and his Australian wife Lwin Sharyn Patricia have been working with the Royal Government of Cambodia to protect and conserve wildlife for more than 20 years, until the establishment of the Phnom Tnaot-Phnom Pork Wildlife and Conservation Area in Preah Vihear Province.
