Premier Hun Sen said that this December 29, 2021 is the 23rd Anniversary of the End of the War in Cambodia under the Win-Win policy (December 29, 1998 - December 29, 2021) that Cambodia has achieved complete peace and there has been complete national unity throughout history.

He stated that win-win politics are the strategies and principles that have brought about the guarantee of social security, national reconciliation, national unity, peace, the guarantee of territorial integrity, sovereignty and sustainable socio-economic development.

“We celebrate the end of the political war on December 29, but there is no need to take a holiday. This win-win politics is not a small thing, without win-win politics, we cannot end the war,” said Premier Hun Sen.

“Peace is not just for the CPP, any party can have peace by building a win-win policy,” he said.

Samdech Hun Sen also reminded that the United Nation Transitional Authority in Cambodia ( or UNTAC) has spent $ 2 billion but could not find peace. But he can find it via his owned win-win policy and a strong political commitment.
